Appalling customer service. As many others have said, the middle aged blonde woman has a horrible, condescending attitude, with no regard for customers. This was terrible. Absolutely horrendous. The middle age blonde lady and sofie I believe they haven't completed their customer service level. It was horrible customer service and you can see by all of the other reviews that this service is terrible.
