Whilst I don't have a current account with Lloyds, I do occasionally use the ATMs outside the Epsom branch. However, the dirt and grime on the ATM keypads is absolutely disgusting and quite possibly a health-hazzard. I don't believe they have been cleaned in months. Longer than normal waiting. The staff was very helpful to customers with disabilities. Very good to see. Branch will now close on Fridays
