Quite irritated you have to pay for the privaledge of calling Egham Travel lodge. Just cancelled my reservation. Greedy. Its not enough i am spending £100 for a basic room. A no thrills hotel with a great location, Windsor, Heathrow, Thorpe Park. Staff were were exceptional with all of our needs. Even moving rooms as we had a non functioning towel hook. Convenient Waitrose underneath if needed anything.

I left my phone charger plugged into the wall plug next to the bed on the left hand side but when I called them to ask if they had found it for me they said it wasn't there? (Not happy!)
