“Nice gem in Surrey! This hotel has a modern lounge and hall, spacious and clean spa area and lovely an attentive staff. Nice and spacious rooms with riverside view, the bathroom should be updated but everything was clean and functional. The buffet dinner is absolutely top and so is the breakfast. The spa treatments are nice and staff is lovely. Will definitely come back again!”
