Like pulling teeth trying to get a snowboard service. The service was done and met a tight time frame (tight time frame being I had a week and they said it would be 3 but managed to fast track it) but the communication around it all was terrible. All the staff were miserable. There was a nice young chap who I first approached...

Just been to the snow rock the store in Chertsey, absolutely atrocious service. Needed help to select skis and ski boots the staff will very unhelpful the store wasn't even busy but couldn't help at all. I think the management needs to take a serious look at the way the staff behave towards customers
