“Popped in yesterday for a quick browse as i was after a nice new pen to begin my 2024 diary, the shop was clean and tidy and not too busy, i asked a staff member (harvey) for help regarding a good choice of pen and he was very helpful, polite and informative, not too pushy on the sale but made me comfortable enough to keep asking questions, he was super friendly and i would definitely go back to this whsmith just based on the attitude and courtesy of the staff (the one i dealt with) alone, aside this i left with a great pen.
