Though at no fault of the staff, Philippa, was an absolute star and did her best to rectify the problem. Such a friendly store and what was initially a frustrating situation, I left feeling very grateful for the lovely service and truly did their best to resolve my situation!”

“This is one of the nicer WHSmiths, they're always well stocked up and have staff which are normally willing to help. However, everything seems to be overall expensive, the same book at WHSmith for £30 was £10 on amazon, so I'd say its definitely worth shopping around or even just checking the Internet. They have plenty of magazines, books and stationery if that's what you're looking for and the queues aren't to long so would recommend if you don't mind paying more!”
