Visited the branch the other day as I was told Halifax was available inside Lloyds. A man working there was really fantastic. His name was Matt - he provided great assistance and insight into my query. Assisted me to rapidly resolve it - the service was so good I asked for his name so I could leave a review.
I don't bank here though I accompanied my Mum and found the whole experience to be very good. We got the help we needed with no fuss and achieved all the we needed to.

We drove to Stains branch, which is closed on Thursdays (this was our fault, should have checked google for their opening hours). We then drove to Camberley, which open on Thursdays - only to find out when we get there that they decided to close this Thursday morning and reopen at 1PM!
