“Easy to find, slightly noise, very clean with plenty of food places around. Car park is free with extra spaces up the ramp just not clear in the dark that there is a button by the shutter.”

“We used the swimming pool, the sauna and the steam room only which was a really nice experience. Everything was clean and tidy, the staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. My mother has difficulty with walking and we could pass in the building without using stairs, thank you for the great accessibility. You made our experience really lovely. Came home refreshed and with good thoughts.We will definitely return.”

“It's been years since I stayed in a Premier Inn and I loved it! The first night was a little noisy (not the hotel's fault - just a Saturday night and people coming back loudly early in the morn) so I decided to stay another night to make up for lost sleep. I spoke to a lady about it who was really nice and offered complimentary breakfast on the second night. The room was spacious and practically laid out. The breakfast options were good and nice quality food (good tea selection and spreads for toast etc). The staff were just lovely - really kind and friendly and went above and beyond. I left feeling really happy and looked after. Thank you!”

“Room:-Was clean and fresh- No air conditioning and ventilation minimal resulting in a very hot room- No extractor fan in bathroom, so the moisture just remains in there, resulting in everything inside to get damp.- Possibly add a privacy curtain onto the windows as cannot open curtains without people being able to look in.Parking:- Parking onsite impossible to get a space No matter what time you arrive. Which results in adding parking onto your bill in a car park elsewhere.Location:- Great location with many shops and restaurants opposite and within walking distance.”

“Checked in for a work stay. After reading these comments the make over must have been completed as far as I can see. The room I'm staying in has new carpets, new curtains and all skirtings and doors have been painted.I rated 4 stars due to the paint smell but apart from that no complaints.Room very nice, basic but has all you need. I feel they should provide at least a bottle of water but you do have the kettle and tea and coffee provided.Good location, Toby carvery next door.. no frills but all in all a nice stay.”
