“Lured in by the glowing reviews and in need of decent accommodation whilst attending a nearby sporting event, I booked Melford House and certainly wasn't disappointed. It's as good as it's made out to be, and then some - clean and well-equipped rooms, super food, great hosts in Willem and Chess and your very own private pub in the garden. My fellow guests and I spent some time trying to work out spurious reasons to come back and visit again....”

“I stay in Farnborough on business one-night a week, and this place meets all my requirements. Mid-week it's not very busy, which means it's quiet and I get an undisturbed night of sleep. The staff are very friendly and super-efficient; the cook in the kitchen really makes an effort to prepare, present, and serve the food well.”
