“From arriving at the hotel, to ordering a drink and ordering my evening meal, all the staff have been so welcoming and polite. The barman and receptionist, Glenn along with Maria and Debs were so helpful in any request I had. For my evening meal, I ordered the pizza, which was cooked fresh by Sandra and it was absolutely lovely. The food was hot and very tasty.”
“Bought two portable garden chairs in their summer sale. Didn’t find them comfortable when I got them home so took them back. Full refund offered without challenge. Excellent customer service. I’ll be back.”

“A convenient shop but I go for the yellow stickers. Their normal prices are a bit higher than elsewhere - a captive audience, as only a tiny Morrisons nearby that also has higher prices than the larger stores.”

“Small but well-stocked. Good selection of items. Unlike the Co-Op at the other end of this road, this branch tends to have someone on or near the tills, so you haven't got to go searching all around the store for someone to serve you.”
“Popped in the shop this evening to grab a few things. Asked a member of staff where something was, she kindly helped me :) served with a smile and a laugh. Honestly felt so welcome visiting the store today definitely need more staff like her. Thankyou Stacey ☺️”
“Friendly personnel. There is a self-service machine for card Payments. They alslo offer delivery service for order returns example with Evri. There is also a cashmachime outside the supermarket. Opening times from Monday to Sunday 7am to 10pm”
“Have slightly slimmed down their range of products since the most recent refurbishment, that aside its a much more pleasant place to shop since the revamp. Much more accessible, bigger isles and much lighter/welcoming.”

“Have been trying to limit trips to Sainsbury's as it is often too busy for my extra cautious approach to social distancing, especially on Sundays when it is full of people who wouldn't usually be there and haven't learnt the system.Martin's has proved invaluable for little essentials and the staff are all patient and friendly. “We shifted recently to Frimley. On our first day here we reached home late and most of the shops were closed by then. We were pretty tired and starving. We searched for a grocery store nearby so we can buy some provisions and we found this place open until 11 pm. Decided to pay a visit. Well presented, stacked and clean shelves with varieties of food and drinks. Infact, i found the selection here better and affordable than Waitrose. They have pretty much everything an indian household would need. The owner and all other workers are pretty friendly, helpful and approachable. Would definitely recommend this store.”
