Was looking for a soundbar for my Sony TV, went into Currys Farnborough, the staff could not have been less interested in helping.Popped into Sony centre Camberley and discussed options with Jazz, super friendly and helpful.Went off to think about it and went back the next day to purchase a HT-A9 system and I?m delighted with it.Thanks David and Jazz, loving the system and appreciate the first class service.

Terrible customer service. I bought a Sony Ht-a9 which subsequently developed a fault and stopped working. I contacted the owner, Jaz, who suggested this this was an issue that only the manufacturer has to deal with and had nothing to do with him. I explained that The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract I have with sony centre camberley that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.As they are in breach of contract and I've owned the product less than 6 years ago, I am within my statutory rights to ask for it to be replaced. The owner denied this and has failed to respond to any subsequent emails. Extremely dissatisfied with the level of service. Having contacted a number of other Sony centres, they have agreed that is in well within my rights and would act by providing a replacement speaker.Disgraceful response to a reasonable request.I would discourage anyone from purchasing any Sony products from this Sony Centre.

Have visited this store a couple of times. Such a rare treat to find courteous and knowledgeable staff .Will return.. Product range is first class.

Good range of Sony products spoke with the manager Jazz and he was very helpful and demonstrated the TVs I was interested in purchased a 50"

I would just like to compliment David at the store. What a great guy, i had an issue with a 4k bluray player and he did his absolute best to aid me in getting the issue resolved. A credit to your store, A+++ service.

What an amazing store! The staff, management are so helpful and knowledgable. My go to store for sure. I bought a Sony AF9 Oled tv and soundbar ( ZF9 ). Amazing kit and amazing Sony warranty

Very helpful shop manager. Engineer who installed purchased product was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure system worked perfectly. I would strongly recommend Sony Camberley.

Incredibly helpful sales staff, could not recommend more. Technology is of the highest specification and the OLEDs are truly stunning especially when the sound comes out the screen, incredible. They even have chairs for customers to sit on if they are going to be there a while for something like a demo or for applying for interest free. Such a good shop, I highly recommend it.

Having read the reviews about this store, including the negative ones, I took my chances and ventured in as I was looking for a pair of over-ear headphones and wanted to ?try before I buy?. I was greeted by the sales guy, who did actually try to help me but was quite limited in what he could do. I decided to persevere and was soon greeted by the manager. I explained to him what I was trying to achieve and he was really helpful, getting different models for me to try and setting me up to listen to music through a variety of different headphones. I was very impressed by his knowledge and the customer service I received. This resulted in a purchase, which I am very pleased with. And I got a good price. I would recommend this store but you may need to persevere if you?re serious about what you want to buy. 5 stars awarded for the experience!
