It was Sunday afternoon. I made an online referral for prescription on the NHS 111 website but it wasn't accepted as it only deals with repeat prescriptions. I chose Tanner Street Pharmacy as it was the closest pharmacy open till 6pm on Sunday. I called them and the pharmacist was kind enough to contact NHS on my behalf and the medicine was sorted just before 6pm ensuring my little girl had enough to finish the course. I am very grateful for the service and the extra mile that the pharmacist had gone for us to help. Highly recommended and appreciated!”
