Appalling customer service again..Nearly 20 years ago i tried to buy a new car from sudbury vauxhall i found them ignorant, unhelpful and rude.However my partners vauxhall needed a service and mot her first since owning this vehicle so i thought i would try Underwoods as surely it couldn't be as bad now..Well i was wrong...
