    Went to have a eye test and change my glasses, I’d had a problem with my right eye so had the more in-depth X-ray at a cost of £25, it discovered a condition at the back of the eye, the optician contacted my local hospital eye clinic there and then, the hospital called me the next day with an appointment (2 days later).... read full comment

    Young lady that did the initial tests was pleasant and helpful. Although I had to wait for equipment to turn on and IT to load, surely if there is a 9am appt the equipment should be on in good time. There was also a problem with the lighting in the examination room, which took a while to resolve. The actual eye test seemed... read full comment
