After 3 visits to the shop and 2 on line requests to upgrade I finally went to the Vodafone shop in ELY, here they were equally unhelpful bit did show me the TRUE date my contract ended The nemarket shop gave me three different dates when I visited) The “staff” do not have a scooby doo other than to tell lies!!!
