“First class service- above and beyond. Last time I upgraded my phone, I did it over the phone..... This time, I went to the O2 shop in Newmarket- fabulous service from extremely knowledgeable staff- who helped me decide which phone and then set it up, paired it from my old device- basically hand held me until it was all done! Cannot thank Poppy enough for her patience.Would definitely recommend doing things the old fashioned way- in person rather than over the phone or instant chat!”

“I had a phone from different supplier which I was now using with my Three sim only contract, My phone was completely unresponsive, just flashes on the screen and no way of using any of the services.
I visited the newmarket store and was quickly helped by the wonderful Addie, they helped me upgrade my sim only contract to a contract with a handset and assisted as much as was possible in the recovery of my backed up information. They were extremely helpful in helping me work through some of the challenges which came up and i was able to leave the store feeling that my disaster of a day was on a better track and that i could turn to this store, and especially Addie if I were to have any questions.
Addie also made me feel very comfortable to pick the correct phone for me both in budget and in the technicalities I wanted (or more accurately didn't want) and now that my new device is fully active I can say that I can happily say I was given the product I wanted, not the product that they wanted to sell.”
“I'm going to be honest - nobody likes going to phone shops and being hounded by overly tentative and constantly prodding employees trying to push incentives or annoying you with "special offers"... Which is why I was extremely pleased going to this EE store!We were welcomed, and asked if we needed any help - we politely declined and they let us wander about on our own a little bit.Once we decided what we wanted, we sat down and told specifically what we wanted/needed, and were told that was all fine - the process was fast, the employees were kind and just generally chill in the most professional way possible. I'd highly recommend popping in if you're in need of a new contract or SIM.”
