The key is that the staff are enthusiastic, patient and helpful.When I showed him the message I received on my phone, he said, "Don't worry, I'll take a look at your account status." After reading it, he told me that my phone bill for this month has been paid. Ignore this false information. He even warned me not to be fooled.”
