Absolutely awful customer service in Newmarket branch from a staff member on the tills at lunchtime today and they weren’t even busy and believe me it’s not the first time I have felt like this …. The cashier was not allowing me into the store at 5:28 the closing time is 5:30, I just came to grab a pack of nappies and wipes. Not a great experience getting told we are closed early.

I had a Electronic Priscription from my Dentist l went in to Boots on the High Street Newmarket. l was told no we don't take Electrinic Priscriptions and we need it signed it was all signed from the Dentist and the address l was told they wouldn't except it.I was asked to go back and get a paper copy the Receptionist... read full comment
