I've returned a TV today still had no email confirmation about my refund disgusting disgrace behaviour the TV was collected this morning at 10.30am 13th may 2025 plus they spect you to wait 5&7 working days for refund on debit card from now on cash only or shop else where What a way run a business I've contacted one... read full comment

Did click and collect for a Samsung mobile phone and also exchanged a faulty EE dongle. Received exceptional customer service from Ceri, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
