“Was in your store yesterday had three returns,the young guy on the till was so helpful and polite,refunded all three items,I then proceeded to buy bedding gym top etc,the next guy on the till tall with longish hair was also very friendly and polite,the stuff in your store at the minute is lovely,I’ll be back.

I was greeted by a young store assistant, Gabrielle, who took time to ask if I needed help, she then carried on offering advice, getting information and suggesting many things to help me. A very positive visit to the store.

“It's easy to get around and find what you want. Lots of till, but only a couple open at a time, there are self-service tills which always have staff around.”

“Did click and collect for a Samsung mobile phone and also exchanged a faulty EE dongle. Received exceptional customer service from Ceri, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It's not very often you get such great service these days and it really stood out. Cannot recommend highly enough. Ceri is an asset to Argos in Lowestoft.”
