Very disappointed. Initially very good service from helpful gentlemen but when returning a faulty 22mm isolating valve that would not close properly a manager/supervisor appeared to dispute it was faulty. Plumbmate have been my main supplier for several years. They are generally pretty helpful & competitive on prices. They stock most plumbing consumables, so it's a thumbs up from me..! ;-)
