Took my 7 year old daughter for an eye test because she was struggling to see the board at school. Peter scared her saying “it’s a Thursday and on Thursdays I’m nasty”. He shone the light to examine her eyes and she naturally flinched away. He said “every time you move I’m going to make it even brighter”.... read full comment

Very stressful experience. Peter & his staff are rude, with lack of empathy, when you have a problem. Myself & several family members, will be going elsewhere in future.
