“I went for my initial consultation at Ipswich and it took me a few weeks to decide. When I did I emailed Caroline who works between both Norwich and Ipswich and she called me back straight away with some dates. She was extremely helpful in getting me in ASAP and arranged for me to have my scans and I was in having it done in no time at all. The surgeon was great, in fact all the staff were fabulous. I went for surgery and had my post op Friday and have better than 20/20 vision less than 24 hours later which is amazing seeing as I needed glasses for both short and long. Thanks to Caroline and crew could not recommend them enough to anyone thinking about having it done.”

She listened to my likes and dislikes and was really honest about what style would be best and was able to give me some really good advice. I came away with an order of four new glasses, an excellent customer service experience and my new specs will be ready in a week! Really pleased so thank you Sally and the team.”
