Amazing customer service from Sue Willox and is the only reason I bank with the Coop is that the advisers always take the time to go through services with you and are always friendly and willing to help. Sue is an asset to the company and deserves recognition for her customer service.

I have four bank accounts. Bank have made it impossible to put cash in via the post office so my nominated person who is password protected attends the Ipswich branch to put my cash into the teller. Every time he attends he is challenged and made to wait while managers are called tellers do not understand a 'nominated person'... read full comment
