“I had to pop in to this branch today on behalf of someone else and was absolutely blown away by the professionalism of Aimee on the customer service desk. Nothing was too much trouble she understood my needs even though I didn’t hold an account with Barclays she had the knowledge to put my query in the correct hands. I had to wait a short time for the next member of staff so Aimee had her eye on me and went to see if someone else could help to avoid waiting further. “The Co-operative Bank is probably one of last customer friendly banks around, in the Ipswich branch you still have one to one customer service even when paying in or sorting out any problems, very friendly staff with the customer is always right policy, I have three different accounts with three different banks and the Co-operative is by far the best, I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“There is a member of staff at this branch I believe his name is Dave (I’m so sorry if I’ve got that wrong! He has tattoos and a beard and very cool bracelets), he was AMAZING!! I was owed some money by natwest and had been having great trouble getting it sorted and going back and forth on the natwest phone number. I went in yesterday just to book an appointment in the hopes to figure out next steps but instead the problem was solved by lunchtime today. Dave was friendly and went above and beyond to sort my problem for me and even took my number so he could call me to tell me what he was doing to sort it out. He said he would make sure the money would be back in my account by 4pm, and it was! He is a credit to all of Natwest and I would highly recommend him if you ever need some help here. Thankyou!”

“The staff here have always been exceptionally helpful and will do their best to assist however they can. Service is speedy and there's a number of ATM's inside the bank to save waiting in queues to deposit cheques.”
