“I am very pleased with the Honda Civic which I purchased recently. It is a pleasure to drive. However, I was told when I bought the vehicle that I would be given an appointment for the various controls to be explained to me. This did not happen and since the car did not come with a users manual I am still unsure of how to use the various features. I have searched 'you tube' etc .without much success. Also it is impossible to raise the height of the passenger seat so I have had to use a cushion. I understand this is a design fault. I don't wish to find fault and am generally very happy with my purchase.”
