Come in for repair on my glasses that were purchased from a different opticians. All 3 members of staff i saw were lovely! Mo, Lauren and Dom really made my quick visit special and even took the time to ask about my day etc. 10/10

I had an excellent experience at Boots Opticians in Haverhill. Maureen and the team were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The eye check was effortless, and everything was explained clearly. I felt well looked after from start to finish – outstanding service and highly recommended.
