“Amazing service! My 4th pair of glasses from another optician broke again this morning and I was in urgent need of a new pair asap. I was recommended the Felixstowe branch of specsavers. I called them first and spoke to Charlie who was so helpful and called me back to advise I could choose a pair of glasses today AND collect them today! I’m not great at decision making but Charlie and another lady helped me pick a new pair. 2 hours later I collected them! I’m so happy that I was able to get it sorted within a few hours and will be returning here when it’s time for new glasses! Thank you :)”
