“I've always felt that the staff in Bury St Edmunds M+S were very helpful and friendly. However today Jacob went above and beyond.. When I asked if I could take the trolley with my heavy bags out to my car, parked just in front of the store, he carried my bags out to the car for me. Thank you Jacob for helping an old lady, you were very kind”

“I visited new look on the 9th of March about 4 and got chatting to a couple of the staff I asked one of the ladys advice on a outfit for a hen party. the lady grabbed loads of outfits for me and carried them to the changing room which was great as I had a pushchair she said she was going to go upstairs and get some shoes for me to try with the outfits and stayed in the changing rooms to see all the outfits and she gave me such lovely complements I unfortunately didn't get the ladys name she had red hair I just want to say she is a credit to the store and is fantastic at her job! I came away with a outfit I love and the shoes to go with it.”

“Good but very busy at time of visit.Men's section upstairs along with home section.Staff friendly and helpful. Some items were out of stock and not a great selection of men's clothing but might be due to the size of the upstairs floor.”

“I would like to praise the manager and his assistant.. Kieron Turner and Michelle Byrne for dealing with a difficult problem for me . I can’t thank them enough, unlike the appalling treatment I experienced at the Costessey store on tues 29th aug ,the manager was extremely rude and had no skills at all with dealing with the public . I was upset and angry with my treatment . He needs retraining.Thankfully the brilliant staff at the Bury St Edmunds branch sorted everything out five stars and thank you .”
