“Over the weekend I needed to visit ScrewFix branches in both Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich (Whitehouse).Vini, at ScrewFix Bury St Edmunds was patient, helpful and polite whilst searching drawer sliders on the system for us. Nahidul at ScrewFix in Ipswich was too when he attempted the quest.Sadly they couldnt supply on this occasion but did help us with alternative outlets to consider.Vini and Nahidul offered excellent customer service and ScrewFix should consider themselves lucky to have such 'shining' team members.Thank you both, your efforts are very much appreciated.
