I was having a lovely day in beautiful Aldeburgh until walking into this shop.Maybe the manager? ..A woman, who is immensely rude with zero customer service.Obviously doesn't care about bad reviews, as she has many of us loathed day trippers as her income.Do not buy here, and please take your money elsewhere.

I thought the shop looked cute and had a lot of interesting items for sale perfect for any tourist or visitor. However, I was put off by the amount of signs saying how there are 16 cameras watching you, or how another sign said anyone caught stealing will be posted on social media.
