“Great hotel with absolutely brilliant helpful and friendly staff. Very handy location. Despite being located at a busy Motorway Service area it is quiet and peaceful. All facilities are a minutes walk away.. Only downside is there are no dedicated parking spaces for the Hotel you need to use the general services spaces.”

“A fantastic shop. Friendly and helpful staff and a great showroom. They were very responsive about which beds would fit in our very small stairway. We ended up choosing a Miliy mattress and ever since we've had a great night's sleep!”

“I stayed here on 2 separate occasions i had a problem with one of the room cards and couldn't get back in to my room I went to Reception and spoke to Michelle her customer service was excellent she dealt with the problem straight away she was bubbly outgoing and had a very lovely smile and welcoming vibe it made us feel very comfortable she also checked us in when we arrived and her customer service was excellent she is definitely a good addition to the travelodge”
