Far away from what actually H&M is supposed to be. Personnel willingness or helpfulness subpar at best. It’s just bad and sad.

No staff on the changing rooms - all one changing room so feel uncomfortable just walking in. The self checkout tills were all failing - just ended up dumping everything on a random rail and walking out.
