Great service made very welcome as soon as we walked in, staff couldn't do enough for us breakfast was bang on point and only £6.50 was made extra toast no extra charge breakfast came with choice of juices and a cup of tea or coffee and we were given a large pot of tea on request no extra charge. all in all we loved the... read full comment

Tell customers who actually owns this hotel-the staff either don't know or won't tell!

Had booked an afternoon tea via wowcher. Tried to call them on several occasions to check the booking and even had auto redial on. 20 minutes later and no answer the line is constantly engaged. Looking at reviews probably don't have a phone plugged in or electricity. Terrible hotel. If it even exists!!
