Tried on many times to call the chemist, just rings out. No answer. Asked for a repeat prescription, not heard anything in over a week. Called my Drs to check it’s been actioned, as I couldn’t get in touch with the chemist. Drs confirmed they had NOT received the request. Incredibly rude pharmacist - towards customers and her colleagues too. There always seems to be one issue or another when I go to pick up a prescription (at no fault of my own). I would give this pharmacy zero stars if that was possible.

Very poor phobe etquette. Refused to help with an emergency prescription from 111 they could see how poorly I was. Now sat in A&E.
