LITTERALLY never pick up the phone ! Tried to call them continuously now for over 2 weeks

Given the wrong prescription: saying I need near sight correction and that I have astigmatism - I have neither. My near sight is perfect. I'm just wondering whose prescription I got and which poor soul got my prescription. They're impossible to contact without actually going into the store. Will be finding another optician.
