Very disappointed ? roast lamb Sunday roast was terrible, my sister and I sent ours back , we have been regular visitors over the years , but will not be returning. 2 customers behind our table also sent their lunch back. Was it a bad day at the office or ??

After hearing about a concerned customer who had seen dogs in a car overheating on a day like today and the manager turned around and said “I don’t care I’m not the RSPCA” shows the type of person who runs this place. Never been and certainly won’t be trying it now.

We have visited the black lake on numerous occasions each time we have been we’ve never been disappointed with the food but I really feel I need to say that some of the staff are really miserable and quite rude
