“We had a warm welcome on entry to the Stoke store and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable with a great customer service focus. Donald supported and directed us in getting the right mattress that suited us,he was lovely and professional. We highly recommend the store and the staff!!We now have a great mattress to look forward sleeping on!!”

“We have just had a fantastic experience here, the food was amazing and the portions are massive. We had a brilliant server her name was Abbie, she couldn’t be any nicer and so helpful, the only downside was my coke was flat and as the restaurant began to fill up it became very hot and uncomfortable, there isn’t any noticeable cooling system.”

“Four of us travelled up to visit Proctor's Nursery which is just down the road and initially wanted a coffee after over an hours drive up from our homes.

The pub had just opened for lunch and the menu looked interesting on what was a cold day so we decided to eat here. What a great choice! All meals home cooked and really tasty. Real value for money and pleasant surroundings. The chap behind the bar who served us was really helpful and looked after us without being intrusive.

There was certainly nothing left of the three steak pies and scampi that we had. Really enjoyable, tea and coffee good as well.

Will seriously look to visit here again on our next visit to Proctor's. Big thank you to the cook and the man in the bar.”

“We’ve been coming here for 20+ years, always our preferred travelodge when visiting. We love the staff, they are amazing. Very welcoming, very caring etc. There is nothing that they wouldn’t do for their guests. Treat us like VIPs! Always have a smile on their face, and nothing is a hassle. We know we can ask them anything and they’re on it straight away! Thank you to the lovely staff who makes our stays happy and lovely!”

“I had a long stay at Travelodge in trentham Stoke-on-Trent for roughly 27 nights for work, and I’ve got to say it was the best experience I’ve had with staff, rooms and cleanliness in general out of any hotels I’ve stayed at in the UK. Cannot recommend Travelodge enough especially this location in trentham!! Staff made the entire stay even better.”

“Went for a family dinner and can't fault the food at all! The rib is a fantastic unique meal! Just fell of the bone. Steak was perfectly cooked. Portion was huge for the price. Georgia was lovely and all the bar staff were polite and friendly. Only let down for the selection of beer on tap available was minimal.
Will 100% be returning.”

“Nice big store with a lot of nice home furnishings and decor in. Lovely soft furnishings with lots of selection to choose from. There's a large car park in front of it so plenty of spaces for parking. Easy to get around and friendly helpful staff.”
