Just like to say how pleasant and helpful all the staff are at longton the strand branch ..nothing is to much trouble. Great ....

Terrible service not enough staff in the branch. One cashier available while others wander around with ipads closed on Tuesdays. Waited 15 minutes to pay a bill. Mainly elderly people who rely on the bank being forced online.

I was made to feel like an inconvenience when banking the church money. It was all bagged up correctly and I have tried going at different times of day so I don't clog the queue.
