“Went in Hanley branch stoke on trent a few days ago. Was greeted by a young man and asked whatvi needed. He asked me to wait and have a coffee or pop back in half an hour to see another member of staff.
I went back at the alloted time and a young man called Miles sorted out all my transactions and other issues. He explained everything and went through it all in a easy to understand way. This branch is so friendly and helpful. Thank you”

“I had a job interview here and the feedback was I was rated 1 out of 5I had virtually the same interview at the Festival Park Head Office and was rated 4 out of 5. I was not offered the former and declined the latter because it is apparent they are applying double standards. You want a banking holiday in the sun. Stay in Spain.”

“The only reason this review is 5* is because of the loveliest most helpful young man I've ever come across.\\nThe situation at hand was quite sensitive but he remained so helpful and concerned, even when his manager was peering over saying there was nothing they could do.\\nMaybe next time as a manger go and speak to the person's face rather than peering over a booth when I'm on the brink of tears.\\nI wish I got his name but honestly credit to him, some of the best customer service I've received .”
