The staff are super lovely and friendly but they never answer the phone and ive needed to get meds and they been closed with no notice even when they should be open for a few more hours according to their times and i cant even get my prescription moved to an open place cus no one will answer!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. As other reviewers have said, you can?t trust the opening hours. I?ve tried to call on three separate occasions the last couple of days to pick up a prescription, but on each occasion, the shutters are down. When my wife was able to pop in when they averted open, she was told that they had no record of my prescription, despite me having confirmation from Well as well as my GP surgery stating it was ready for collection. Do not use these clowns.

Awful....opened at 0848 yet both online and their signs at the door state 0800 opening. When queried, its apparently common for random opening times depending on which pharmacist is due in, though surely if they know who is in, they can correct the advertised opening times? Or ya know, the phamacists can try to open ON TIME as advertised?

the staff are to slow and crowds can gather while the staff talk and giggle with one another or playing on the computer, the main counter is never served by staff members therefore to make a purchase you must wait while they deal with someones prescription or until you get noticed by coughing or tutting or become angry and rude to the staff if you have transport try rising brook

When ringing to chase up an urgent prescription, they have not answered the phone on multiple occasions in the last 2 days. I work 20+miles away and can't 'nip' out to go and check. I need this new prescription for a hosp appt I've got this week but can't find out, if its even available for collection!!! Eventually, the phone line just terminates the call- appalling service!

Absolutely shocking at answering the phone. Called 37 times. When you go in there they just leave the phone ringing. What if I was an elderly person who could only just make the trip to the shop, to be told it?s not ready or they don?t have it in yet!ANSWER THE PHONE

The staff have changed so many times.There never seems enough staff. However they are friendly and helpful.Believe not all customers are nice. I know, short staffed, they must be overwhelmed sometimes.!!Sometimes the shelfs seem empty,..andNot so neat and tidy as it could be..so I gave this chemist 4 stars.. overall , not bad experience.My opinion staff need help or longer hours

I went in west way wells pharmacy today as my psoriasis was stinging and playing up. Thy recommended me to E45 itch relief and i must state that they helped me find comfort and relief. They listened to me. They showed me the upmost respect and i really would like to say a huge thank you.

I love this Chemist, the Staff whether rushed off their feet, overwhelmed because of shortage of Staff, being shouted at are always friendly and go beyond their duties to help me and others.

Poor service! Set up a repeat prescription and delivery for my mum as she can't get out the house and not once since it's been set up has it been done! Not one of the well pharmacies in this group in Stafford are any good!

Sorry but they cannot keep a resident chemist, continual stream of locums. Essential prescription items on long term order fail to materialise resulting in crisis situations. Not acceptable. 2 stars, not 1, because the counter staff are wonderful and do phenomenal things in an intolerable situation.
