When ringing to chase up an urgent prescription, they have not answered the phone on multiple occasions in the last 2 days. I work 20+miles away and can't 'nip' out to go and check. Absolutely shocking at answering the phone. Called 37 times. When you go in there they just leave the phone ringing. What if I was an elderly person who could only just make the trip to the shop, to be told it’s not ready or they don’t have it in yet!ANSWER THE PHONE
