I visited the shop out of sheer frustration with the offshore call centre. Extremely disappointed and frustrated by the service. Its been over a month but Im still waiting for my business account's mobile device and sim cards to be delivered to me. The store tell you to phone the online team but the online team tell you to phone the store as the store placed the order. Spent 4 hours being tossed... read full comment
