“Visited O2 stafford on the 1.8.25 after the address I moved to had no WiFi and I'd used all of my allowance included in my contract. My circumstances were sensitive and temporary and I was unsure what would be the best option I was lucky enough to be greeted by a lovely young gentleman called Wing who was extreemly knowledgeable and thorough, after explaining my circumstances he so kindly offered me the best possible deal available within his authority which I was extreemly greatfull for. This gentleman took the time to listen and understand my temporary circumstances and generously gave me an amazing deal for 6 months this bought a tear to my eye and am so greatfull I would like say the staff in the stafford branch especially wing are thoughtful, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them, I will continue to be a loyal 02 customer purely because of the service and kindness I received. “I visited the shop out of sheer frustration with the offshore call centre. Prior to the visit, I had spent a lot of time on the phone to Mumbai trying to explain the issue I was having with my mobile broadband signal and requesting a specific upgrade. Although friendly, the staff couldn't offer much help or expertise regarding my broadband signal problems.

I was about to give up, but then I visited Alastair at the Stafford branch. What can I say? He provided me with the exact solution I needed and prevented Three from losing a long-term customer. Alastair and his colleagues are a credit to Three, and in the future, I'll be going there directly and not calling Three.
