“Visited the large store on in middle of Stafford. Was looking for a particular present for my grandson for Christmas. Couldn't find what I wanted but one of the assistants (Shelly) took time to help me check if the item was still available. She was kind, friendly and patient. Sadly didn't find the item I wanted but can't praise Shelly enough for trying.”
