We were greeted on entry but not badgered by staff they allowed us to browse.When we were ready to purchase they were so helpful and happy to help.I fell in love with another design I will be returning for real soon. “Its got some very dedicated and committed staff who make the place tick and serve you as if you were the only person to have visited. BUT they cannot contact their other shops unless its by the same route customers use to communicate with them ie via the switchboard at that particular outlet. Now given that staff are keenly dealing with customers by telephone or in person all day long then should you have an urgent or highly demanding query or the simplest type ie do you have that item in stock at your outlet then its almost impossible to resolve it without waiting for an endless age until ( if you are lucky) someone answers in another shop or the phone is cut off.
Owning a big retail outlet and not enabling direct personal exchanges between staff???? How the hell is it so difficult to put direct lines in to enable staff to resolve queries instantly???
Its a good outlet spoiled by cheap owners or worse by indifferent owners not interested beyond making a buck from the customer who deserve much better. Very good and keen staff ,nice stock,the place is worth a visit but the management need to revisit how to run a business.”
