Poor service at the moment taking longer to complete monthly prescriptions and intermittent texts to advise that the medication is ready. Long queues when you do go and collect.It?s not the people it?s the management who fail to realise it?s a busy Pharmacy and being used more and more and additional staff resources are required.

Service is getting worse! They?ve given me the missing items from last months request and I can?t get back in to pick my required medication up until 12th unless they open on the Eighth.

Never had an issue with adult medication at this store however, their internal systems and processes have left a 7week and later, a 13 week old baby without food. Once is a mistake but twice on consecutive orders is incredibly troubling.As a first time mother this has caused me incredible stress and upset.

Overall, this pharmacy are good, they are doing the best that they are able to in the current situation. But, with any retail stores they are really discriminating the deaf and people with mobility problems. As a family member of mine is deaf she can only lip read, which is impossible when wearing a mask, and waiting online to go into the when she can?t stand for no longer than a few minutes
