Poor service at the moment taking longer to complete monthly prescriptions and intermittent texts to advise that the medication is ready. Long queues when you do go and collect.It’s not the people it’s the management who fail to realise it’s a busy Pharmacy and being used more and more and additional staff resources...

Service is getting worse! They’ve given me the missing items from last months request and I can’t get back in to pick my required medication up until 12th unless they open on the Eighth.
