“I had a query over my online order and couldn't get through to customer service so I rang the Newcastle store to see if they could help. The manager came on the phone and all I can say is what an absolutely brilliant lady. It was coming to the end of what I'm sure had been a busy day for her and this lady went above and beyond to help me . I want to say thank you so much for your time and patience with my problem . Will be in tomorrow for my boys new shoes. Thanks so much”

“Very handy shopfor when you just need to get a pair of slippers or plain shoes for work, all at a good value price the staff are nice but not very interactive must be great for busy mums buying normal school shoes.”

“Staff were really pleasant & helpful, when choosing a new suit. In the men's clothing section. Nothing was to much trouble very happy with my purchase. A special mention to the two Ladies, at the checkout. I wasn't feeling too well. Took time to make sure I was okay after offering me a cup of water. Over all a very nice store, with plenty of choice for all ages. Would certainly recommend M&S to anyone... Steve B”

“Oh called in earlier today as we parked at the back of the shop, we saw a male torso being thrown out so I asked in store if we could have yes sure it’s going to be thrown. We had a torso and legs oh boy me and son have had he best laugh ever, put leg out of window to wave at an ambulance passing they were in hysterics. We’ve named him Gordon and for now he’s in the car. He will soon to be dressed and put up for Halloween. Thanks JD xxx”

“Got some lovely clothes today. Had assistance when we asked for advice and the changing rooms were handy to try things on. Access is via an escalator but there is a lift at the bottom to the right. We even went back and bought a very reasonable priced winter coat so we left happy that we got sorted all within one store. There is no parking onsite but there is plenty car parks within a short walk.”
